Happy Thanksgiving in the USA!
What an incredible, up-leveling year 2011 has been for me, my family & my team — I am so very grateful. (Oh yes, thank you Chesapeake Bay for being the most gorgeous & gracious host of a most memorable summer!)
And today, I’m very aware how blessed I am to work with THE MOST amazingly brilliant & inspired group of private clients imaginable. Here’s a shot of me taken in Miami a couple of weeks ago, with two of my ingenious Diamond clients: Alejandra Leibowitz & RJon Robins. (Ale’s custom minis are THE TALK of the world-renowned Art Basel 2011 art exhibition this year … and the corresponding spectacle they’ve created is truly media worthy!)
I’ll never forget though, there was a time in my life when I couldn’t find anything to be thankful for. Driving a forklift day after day, not spending the time I wanted to with my kids and living paycheck to paycheck wasn’t exactly my idea of some “blessing.”
Thanks to my own mentors, I’ve embraced an attitude of gratitude for EVERYTHING in my life. It’s one of the greatest lessons I’ve learned: That even if we perceive a set-back, we can choose to be grateful for the experience (and for the clarity of “knowing where we are”), allowing the opportunity to emerge! You see, when you’re grateful, you can’t help but experience the richness of life … & where others see lack, you see opportunity!

Secret 6: Will
Manipulation Is Unnecessary
Many people exert their will to try to get someone to do something for them.
They try to coerce people into buying their products or services because they believe that their wealth, supply and abundance come from people, so they have to manipulate in order to get it.
They don’t.
Money does not flow from people. It flows from Spirit and through people.
Thus, coercion and manipulative persuasion are not only wrong, but they get you nowhere. They’re unnecessary and counterproductive.
Spirit Wants You to Have What You Want
You don’t have to try to manipulate the Universe either.
As Wallace Wattles wrote in The Science of Getting Rich, “You do not have to compel God to give you good things any more than you have to use your will to make the sun rise.”
Spirit wants you to have what you want ~ even more than you do.
That’s why people can manifest instantly.
To get rich, you need only use your willpower upon yourself.
Will = Focus
As I said last time, will is nothing but the mental muscle you use to focus with.
Use your will to hold the thought of your desire and don’t allow a contrary thought to come into your mind. Stay completely focused on what you want.
When you waver, exert your will to realign your thoughts with faith and abundance.
If you do that, I predict that you will see instant evidence of the rightness of your action.
For instance, just this morning, a client of mine got upsetting work-related news that sent him down the rabbit hole. He started making assumptions, questioning everything about his path; he was seriously considering throwing in the towel.
Then, he remembered this teaching about will, and he exerted his to bring his thoughts back to knowing what he was worth, to realizing that wealth flows from Spirit, not people, and to knowing that everything he wanted was on its way.
Two minutes later an email came in, which clarified the original news. It turned out that all was well. This was followed one minute later by a second email from a prospect wanting to work with him.
Would that have happened if my client had continued down the rabbit hole? I doubt it. The Universe responds to you. The Universe wants you to have everything you want.
You are the only one who puts up a wall.
Bring Down the Wall
Bring down that wall by making a decision to hold to the frame of mind that says, “Wealth is mine. It’s coming to me every day. The way for me to go to the seminar, buy the car, travel to Greece, is being shown.”
Hold those thoughts in your mind, and then go out and be of service. I always think, “How can I help someone else?”
If you follow the laws I teach and use your will in the right way, there cannot be any lack.
There can’t be any lack, because lack is only a perception. Abundance is the truth.
Focus on that truth, and you will experience it.
When I first started doing this, my income tripled in 12 months. Income is nothing to me now. I pick a number and I have it.
Whatever you desire in your heart, you can have too.
Your Divine Right to Be Rich
Wattles writes that you have a divine right to be rich and there is no more effective way to serve humanity than by getting rich yourself.
He means that by the complete and total use of your human and spiritual faculties, you become whole. You become the best that you can be. Abundance is part of that package.
By reaching for that yourself, you inspire others to reach for it too.
Your will is the key to getting there.
And that’s why it’s one of the seven secrets of multimillionaire entrepreneurs.
Listen, you don’t have to take my word for it.
Like my client, try it for yourself and see.

David, I find your results too abundant and your presentations too compelling to discount you. I do not experience the universe as benevolent or abundant. So I continue to explore your approach as it clashes with mine. You and your thinking are compelling and appealing. I see a desert abundant with wasteland, not with water. I dont experience the overwhelming injustice in the world fits into your system. I dont see how everyone can enjoy your approach and be rich. It seems to me that your approach skims the cream off the top and does not answer what happens when everyone applies your way of demanding high fees. But I will continue to work with your words. Be well.
The reason you don’t experience it Nitsan is because you are completely and totally resistant to letting go that which holds you back. What is that you may be asking. There is only one person who knows the true answer and we both know who that is. I’d start by paying closer attention to your thoughts of lack and see note when they enter into you mindset. Don’t judge them, just acknowledge that it is there and move beyond it. This subtle change in your line of thinking will begin to restructure and refocus your path and bring you more in line with what you deserve. It may or may not be easy, that is up to you. There is work to be done on your part, but the benefits far outweigh the alternative.
Wow! What a delicious article David. It has come at a time when I am trying to replace the brick wall around my heart with permeable boundaries. And I need to keep reminding myself that the change is good and remind myself to keep it in focus.
