Fear stops me

This week's question from my portal “The Neagle Code: Directions for Life” comes from someone who wishes to remain anonymous.

Neagle Code Question

Hi David!

I know what I have to do to grow my business and fulfill my purpose, but every time I get the courage to pick up the phone and reach out to someone, fear stops me and I end up allowing myself to get distracted. I don’t know what to do to overcome this. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Neagle Code Answer

First, let’s bring awareness to what’s really happening here.

Your subconscious mind does not understand time, and therefore does not see your lack of sales in this moment as a potential major catastrophe for your business in the near future. It only sees that you’re safe right where you are, and that’s exactly where it wants you to stay.

Every time you start to make a move outside of that paradigm, you will feel fear. You’ll begin to have thoughts of:

• What if they think I’m salesy?
• What if they think I’m pushy?
• What if I make a mistake and say the wrong thing?
• What if they reject me or hang up on me?
• What if I’m bothering them?

And you stop.

You don’t make the call or have the conversation, and you stay exactly where you are.

I come from a place of bringing truth into a person's life, so consider this:

Your purpose has safety automatically built into it.

Why would that be?

Because the modus operandi of the Universe is more life to all and less to none.

That means that you would have to be safe doing it, or there would be no purpose in more life, it’s one and the same.

So this fear that you feel is actually a lie designed to keep you small and safe.

And here’s the REAL kicker:

The fear you feel is ACTUALLY POINTING YOU IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.

If you’re experiencing fear when you’re looking at moving towards your purpose, it is because that is in direct conflict with your inherited trauma; the false need for safety.

Use your ability to choose.

Pick up that phone.

Have that conversation.

Step more fully into your purpose, and as you do this, the fear will subside and you’ll create a quantum leap in your life.

After all, it’s only a lie…

The Art of Success – Article #16 – What Are You Sacrificing?

What Are You Sacrificing?

One of the Laws of the Universe is the Law of Sacrifice.

It states: if you want something of a higher nature — i.e., something that will to take you further in life — then you have to give up something of a lower nature.

That’s the definition of sacrifice. Giving up something to gain something else.

The truth is, you’re always sacrificing SOMETHING.
So, what are you sacrificing?

Here are some examples of “lower nature” things:

• Settling for far less money than you’d like to make
• Tolerating a job you hate
• Allowing people to mistreat you
• Not asking for what you want
• A cluttered desk or home environment
• A broken lightbulb
• Anything that causes you to continually feel guilt, shame, or some other destructive emotion

By allowing these things to stay in your life, you are automatically sacrificing things of a higher nature, such as:

• The dream income you’d like to earn
• A job (or work or business) you love!
• Relationships where people treat you with respect
• Asking for what you want and receiving it
• A beautiful, clean, tidy desk or home environment that inspires you
• A light bulb that shines bright!
• Things and experiences that cause you to feel joy, satisfaction, and peace

The Law of Sacrifice
can work to your advantage,
if you use it the right way.

You can’t have something of a higher nature and lower nature at the same time. It’s one or the other.

If you give up something of a lower nature, then you make room for something better to show up.

The flip side is also true. If you give up something of a higher nature, then you make space to keep the “lower nature” things present in your life.

You can’t have both.

It’s your choice whether you want to fill your life with things of a lower nature, or things of a higher nature.

Make a conscious choice about what you’re going to sacrifice.

What are you willing to give up or change?

On the other side of this change lies something far greater than what you are experiencing right now.

3 Steps to More Life

This week's question from my portal “The Neagle Code: Directions for Life” comes from A.M. Williams.

Neagle Code Question

Happy New Year David!

I just recently figured out that what I want above everything else is More Life; specifically, happiness, harmony, and wholeness.

Within these three “wants” are all my income, health, relationship, and personal growth/achievement goals.

In your post from Dec 30th, the first step to creating what you want speaks of creating a clear vision.

And your third step speaks of letting go of things that don’t support the new commitment. Doesn’t that come with establishing new habits?

Neagle Code Answer

Hi A.M., and thanks for your question!

I am often asked how a person can follow the philosophy of More Life.

How can we have
more life in our life?

I wrote the 10 steps to turning any desire into a reality last month, but I feel this is a bit different.

More Life is the reality of the Universe; however, it doesn't become our personal reality until we are able to see that it's there for us.

So for you to achieve the goal of More Life, you too need to see that it’s there for you.

This begins with a change in attitude.

I made an attitude change in 1993 that has never failed me yet. I suggest you do the same, because this attitude change will allow you, if you do it every day, to see what you previously couldn't see before.

1. Fall in Love with what you do everyday.

2. Do everything in your life to the best of your current ability.

3. Treat all people with respect.

When you make these three attitude changes (so much so that it becomes who you are) you will see great changes come your way.

You will create a vision for your life, have more opportunity and remove toxic things and people from your surroundings.

Make a practice of changing these three things every day and you will have more life in every way.

Is struggle necessary to succeed?

This week's question from my portal “The Neagle Code: Directions for Life” comes from Frank K.

Neagle Code Question

Hi David,

I must have hidden belief that my life has to be hard, because quite honestly I feel like I struggle for EVERYTHING. I worry, I feel fear, and my successes only come after working myself to the bone. A friend of mine told me that it was because I have to pay my dues and earn my way to success. Do you agree with this

Thanks so much!

Neagle Code Answer

Many people seem to think that suffering and struggle are a natural part of life.

They say to themselves, “I just have to pay my dues.” Or, “Maybe I’m supposed to go through this struggle.

Let me say this plainly: You are not supposed to struggle or suffer.

Just look at nature…nothing in nature struggles.

You don’t see squirrels sitting on a fence worrying about where their next nut is going to come from, or an oak tree telling another oak tree it’s afraid to be seen.

Struggle is an indication.

It’s actually a result that is showing you that you are out of harmony with the Universal Laws, quite likely The Law of More Life and the Reciprocating Law of Spirit.

As I told you last time, when people send Spirit a mixed message, through The Reciprocating Law of Spirit they receive a manifestation of that message exactly as it is.

And over time they fall into a place of “getting or taking”, which is not in harmony with the Law of More Life.

Which simply means: If we don’t add to the life of others, and to life itself, we’re actually taking from life, and we will be broken down as well.

Take a good long look at what you may be resisting doing or being, the resistance is most likely what’s causing the struggle.
