This week's question from my portal “The Neagle Code: Directions for Life” comes from an individual who wishes to remain anonymous.

Question:

What do you suggest for those who have yet to make any money at all from their business?

Answer:

This is a question that has popped up often in the past, but I think it’s extremely important for EVERYONE, no matter how much they’ve made in their business. It’s one of THE keys to business success.

You’ve probably heard me talk about the importance of knowing where you are, right? Well, in this case if you’re going to set goals for yourself, it’s important that you get very honest with yourself about where you are right now in your business and your life.

Once you’ve done that, set your first goal. It could be a financial goal, “I’m going to make $1,000.00 this month.”, or it could be a benchmark goal, “I’m going to gain one new client this week.” It really doesn’t matter, as long as you can see yourself attaining the goal.

You must be able to get behind it emotionally for you to truly to EXPECT your DESIRE to manifest. (Remember manifestation is a two part process: desire and expectation.)

After you’ve set your goal, you MUST TAKE ACTION. This is the place that trips up most people. I have many students that tell me they know what they should do, but they just can’t make themselves do it. This place is what I call your blind spot. You know you should be doing something, and yet, you catch yourself on Facebook instead of making sales calls.

Once you’ve taken action, you ADAPT to what happens because of that action, and you remain open to new opportunities.

The cycle then repeats beginning with you setting a new goal, “I’m going to make $2,000.00 this month.”, and pretty soon and in a very short time, you’ve created a successful business.

The time it takes you to build that business depends on how quickly you move through the steps, and how long you allow yourself to flounder around before getting help if you need it.

The great thing about this cycle is that it pertains to new business owners who haven’t made a cent in their business, and it also rings true for entrepreneurs who are already at the 5 or 6 figure mark. It’s the same for everyone. And it’s what I use to help my students achieve their dreams both financially and personally.

So, I guess the question would be; why aren’t you making any money in your business?

Abundance is all around you.

Question:

How do I convince myself that I’m worthy of increasing my prices and receiving the financial success that I so dearly desire? I think somewhere I have a belief that I don’t deserve financial freedom, because even though I want it, it eludes me.

Answer:

You don’t have to convince yourself of anything. You just have to look at Truth.

The truth is that you are a divine being, created in the likeness of Spirit, God, Allah, or whatever spiritual belief that you subscribe to. You are worthy of everything and anything that you want.

This is TRUTH.

What made Bill Gates or Oprah worthy of their riches? They are the same as you.

Nothing separates you other than your own perceptions and beliefs.

The fact that you are even asking this question shows that somewhere a message got handed to you that you agreed with. The message could have been that you need to work hard for anything in life, or that you weren’t good enough, smart enough, or pretty enough. Your self esteem was damaged, and you vowed that you’d never open yourself up to that vulnerability again.  Questioning worthiness comes from a place of being afraid to be seen or heard for fear of ridicule.

Imagine for a moment what your life would be like if you didn’t care what others thought. If you weren’t worried about making mistakes, looking like a fool, or being humiliated. How would your decision making be different? More importantly, how would your LIFE be different?

I encourage you to make a decision today that you ARE worthy. Don’t “convince” yourself.

Proclaim it.

Stand in your power, say it out loud, and continue to do so until small changes in your thinking and behavior begin to occur. Every morning, look in the mirror, and tell yourself that you’re perfect just the way you are and that NOTHING unworthy of God is worthy of you.

Treat yourself like the King or Queen that you are.

Accept nothing less than what you desire and take action as though you are filled with confidence.

Only then will you see your brilliance in this world and be shown the opportunities in life that will change EVERYTHING.

Because, my friend, THAT is the TRUTH, and Spirit wants you to have all that you desire even more than you than you want it for yourself.

Part Two of Two, now continued …

… Most people think wealth and poverty are entirely separate, and this misconception is part of the reason we are experiencing an economic crisis. But the truth is that, wealth and poverty are merely the physical evidence of one singular Universal Law being rightly or wrongly used.

So many people inaccurately believe that our source of money and “things” is other people, when actually other people are nothing more than the effect. Our Source is the Universe, and when we abide by the Laws of the Universe to add to life, we experience “more life” (read: abundance) ourselves.

Conversely, when we disregard these great Laws, or attempt to manipulate them, we experience a very different outcome … we drive down a very different road. That road is filled with lack and limitation. And we perpetuate the negative experience because we believe it's the only reality there is.

We then succumb to living a life of “needing” to “get”, and all our “getting” becomes difficult, because we have disconnected from our true Source, which is the Universe.

What does that leave us to do?

It leaves us to: struggle, push, manipulate, fail.

Because whatever we create that does not add to life will eventually come down.

Our economic model did not add to “more life” according to the Laws of the Universe, and now we're seeing it come down.

So, what you can do right now, given these effects?

This is the perfect time for you to evaluate how you are running your life. What do you believe is your Source? Have you been practicing communicating with Spirit … turning over your desires and intentions to the Universe … and giving acknowledgement and gratitude when it arrives?

Truth: Everything we experience in our physical world is first created in our spiritual world.

Spirit is the unseen power that manifests in the physical realm of life as “reality”.

This is important because whatever we are experiencing on the physical plane of life is an “effect” and NOT a “cause”. The causes of all that we experience are all beyond our physical senses.

“Wealth” and “poverty” are “effects” experienced by individuals as a result of how they use their minds, and how they operate within the Universal Laws that govern all.

So it's not that we're the victims of widespread economic crisis … it's that we, as a people, are experiencing the effects of a widespread spiritual crisis. And, until we understand that we cannot manipulate Universal Laws to suit our individual purposes … we will continue to experience effects that we dislike.

Recently, I saw Larry King interview Donald Trump.  On the show, Donald shared how he makes it a point to speak at the Learning Annex whenever he can.  In speaking with the promoter of the Annex event, he said he realized all of the people in attendance were really pumped up about becoming successful in their lives and that he (Trump) didn't believe that many of them could be successful.  Larry King asked him if people were capable of learning how to be successful and Donald's reply was a little shocking.  He said that while you can teach some people how to get better at whatever they are working to achieve, most success was genetic. In other words, if you weren't born with successful genes then you would never really achieve success.

Now I have great respect for Trump, but he is missing an immense piece of our
human potential.  All people are born with the ability to win – they actually have
to learn how to lose!  Failure is a learned behavior and can change in ANYONE
who wants to change it.

Even the lack of wealth in a person's life is a learned behavior, and so
much of it is backed with negative beliefs.  People keep seeing their world the same way, seeing their business the same way and seeing their income the same way.  Maybe Trump was never around someone who worked hard at changing those beliefs and later achieved massive success.  Or maybe he has and he believes it's still in their “success genes.”

I do know this though – I have worked with people from all over the
world and with some guidance, coaching, and willingness to look deep into what
is controlling their thoughts and behavior they can change their income and
their success.

So here's your Income Acceleration Tip:

Don't let an ignorant belief or another person control what you do or what you earn.  Come to the realization that if you have the desire, you have the ability – you just need to bring it to the surface and do something with it.

The first step in earning large incomes is to simply believe that it's possible for you.  Once you start to entertain that idea it will lead to the next one and the next one.  Believe it or not – it is the ONLY road to success there is, and while people may have been born at different
places on that road we are all still on it.  Yes even you!
