Why is wealth still outside of my grasp, even though I am practicing the laws?

This week's question from my portal “The Neagle Code: Directions for Life” comes from Greg T.

Neagle Code Question

David,

I read your posts on the Law of Vibration, and I still don’t think I’m getting it fully. It’s so interesting…I’m becoming so much more aware of the wealth around me, and I’m seeing representations everywhere, but all of it is outside my grasp. Meaning I see it, and I’m aware of it, but the number in my bank account is not changing.

PLEASE tell me what I’m misunderstanding!

Neagle Code Answer

Fantastic question Greg! Let me see if I can help.

FIRST:

Most people don’t know what wealth is.

You see positive or negative thoughts will put you into a positive or negative vibration and activate or trigger cells of recognition in the brain that are attached to earlier experiences.

If you’ve never experienced prosperity or wealth before, you have none of those cells of recognition.

Therefore, when you think positive thoughts of prosperity, the cells in your brain that you’re activating are actually what you have in your subconscious, which for most people are the physical appearance of the money itself and what they’ve had to do to get money, which is trading time for it. There are no cells of recognition for what actually causes wealth to come in.

And SECOND:

Most people focus on the effects of wealth.

You can use the Law of Vibration to increase your awareness of wealth and prosperity, which is what you’re experiencing.

If you practice positive thoughts about money and prosperity, you can become inspired and enthusiastic and build images of what you think wealth and prosperity look like.

You will then become aware of really cool cars on the street; you’ll notice nice houses that you never saw before. You’ll become more aware of wealthy people; you’ll hear people talking about money everywhere you go.

But you won’t actually be earning the wealth yourself.

That’s because you’re focusing on the effects of wealth, not its cause.

As I’ve explained, the Law of Vibration can make you more aware of money, but it does not cause the money to come in.

So what causes the money to come in?

I’ll be answering that question on a FREE teaching call that I have scheduled for March 27th at 3pm ET, titled The Universal Law of Vibration: The TRUTH About How to Attract What You Desire. I encourage you to click here for more details and add this class to your calendar ASAP!

My employee/friend can’t keep up. Should I let her go?

This week's question from my portal “The Neagle Code: Directions for Life” comes from someone who wishes to remain anonymous.

Neagle Code Question

David,

I have an employee who has been working with me for a long time. We’re friends, and she works for me. The problem is: I’ve grown and she has not. I find myself NOT asking her to do things because I know she’s not at the level to do the task, so I do it myself. More and more I find myself imagining hiring someone else who can meet me on my level and keep up, but I care about her and don’t want to make a mistake by letting her go. I’m concerned I won’t actually find the right person to fill the role or that my expectations are too high. How do I know what’s the “right” decision to make?

Neagle Code Answer

Hi, and thanks for the GREAT question! I know many people struggle with this.

One very important TRUTH to understand is that everything in the Universe is seeking you. Health, wealth, relationships, it’s all seeking you.

It’s like that famous, finger-pointing Uncle Sam poster: Prosperity wants YOU.

So when you have a desire for something, it’s because that thing is seeking you and it’s resonating with something that’s inside of you.

The Law of Polarity states that a desire can’t be felt until the supply is ready to appear.

So what does this mean?

It means that the desire you feel means the right person to fill that role is already looking for your position.

It also means that the more qualified person is also, based on the Law of Vibration, in harmony with your desire.

AND

It also means that you’re tolerating your current employee, which is not only negatively affecting your business, it’s also keeping this new person from appearing.

The REAL problem here isn’t about making the right decision is it? What you’re actually struggling with is either a) you feel responsible for this current employee b) you are afraid of what she’ll think about you if you let her go or c) you are purposely sabotaging your business.

And it could be a combination of all 3.

There’s one more thing you need to understand…and you may want to write this down and re-read it.

If it’s not working for you, it’s not working for her.

If you look to the truth you will see what is the “right” decision.

If I’ve wanted this goal for so long, then why hasn’t it happened yet?

This week's question from my portal “The Neagle Code: Directions for Life” comes from someone who wishes to remain anonymous.

Neagle Code Question

David,

When people ask me what I want, I find myself stumbling with the answer to that question as if I might answer it wrong. However, I do know a few things… I know I want a bigger home. I know I want to be debt free. I know I want to travel and give my kids some amazing experiences, but I can’t seem to bring in the money I think I need to have and do all those things. So, part of me wonders why, if I’ve wanted these things for so long, haven’t they happened yet. Can you help me understand what’s going on here?

Neagle Code Answer

Sure! Let’s do a quick check in three different areas that affect your ability to manifest what you want.

Any time that you’re choosing something that you want in life, whether you are writing affirmations, a mission statement, creating a vision board, setting goals or intentions, you need to get a very clear idea of what it is that you want, and write it down in the present tense, as though you already have it.

For example, “I want to buy a beautiful house in the country” becomes “I am buying a beautiful house in the country.

Once your thought is clear, you need to make sure that your emotions are as well.

Look at your written goal or desire and ask yourself, “Do I believe that I can get or have that thing I want?

If your desire is more of a fairytale that you would love to have, but don’t really believe you’re going to get, you need to throw that paper away and start again with, “What do I really believe I can get?

If you don’t believe you can have what you want, Spirit doesn’t believe it either.

And since Spirit works deductively, it can only send back to you in manifest form what you actually believe.

And finally, look at the goal you wrote down and ask yourself: “Is this just something that I think I can accomplish, or is it something that I really want? Does it stir my soul and inspire me?

When I first started doing goal setting for myself, I made the mistake that most people do. I started picking things that I thought I could accomplish, which was really based out of past experience and not what I really wanted in my heart, not something that excited me or gave me any kind of vision for my future.

Therefore nothing changed. The energy behind the picture was of the past, so nothing changed.

As you can see, there’s a very delicate balance that must take place in order for you to work what most people would consider miracles into your life.

Your desire can’t be too much in your past, and it can’t be too far into your future either. It needs to help you grow while remaining within your belief system.

They all laughed at me

This week's question from my portal “The Neagle Code: Directions for Life” comes from someone who wishes to remain anonymous.

Neagle Code Question

David,

I recently made the mistake of confiding in a good friend about a decision I’d made. I can clearly see how this decision will bring me closer to what I want in life, and I was excited about it. When I told my friend, she laughed at me. It made me feel small and when I left to go home, I felt myself literally shrinking. I’ve been struggling to regain my confidence ever since. I feel really stuck. Any words of advice?

Neagle Code Answer

First let me just say…I know how you feel. I remember confiding in a relative about my decision to go to one of my first seminars. I came back and the first thing he said to me was, “So, are you a millionaire yet?” And laughed. This was someone I looked up to!

Here is what you need to understand…every opportunity that comes into your life offers you a choice: to become more of yourself or to become less.

You either grow into the opportunity or you let it beat you down.

This is true of every opportunity, whether on its face it seems positive or negative.

If you let an opportunity beat you down, you likely fall into a victim mentality, a wounded mentality, and/or an entitled mentality. (Right now, you’re in wounded mentality)

And then the Law of Perpetual Transmutation and its subsidiary, the Reciprocating Law of Spirit, receive that message and send it back to you in kind, so you end up with problems in your life that you don’t want.

However, don’t despair, because you always have the opportunity, through the power of choice, to change your negative circumstances.

Think for a moment about choice.

You can choose to respond to your friend’s comments by second-guessing your decision and staying small, or you can let her laughter propel you forward.

The key here is that YOU have that CHOICE.

That’s because by changing how you’re responding to your circumstances, you are changing the message you are sending to Spirit, as well as changing the choices you’ll make in the future. Therefore, the opportunities that manifest in your life will change as well. It is Law.

I mean let’s be honest…if I had let my relative’s laughter stop me, you wouldn’t be reading this post right now.

A common misconception about working two businesses

This week's question from my portal “The Neagle Code: Directions for Life” comes from someone who wishes to remain anonymous.

Neagle Code Question

Hi David,

For the last 15+ years of my life I have been bouncing back and forth between two completely different businesses in my life. It has kept me stuck and unproductive.

I LOVE both, but I don't have enough hours in a day to build either profession to the success I would like. The end result is that I am confused, tired, and broke.

I know that I need to decide between them. Leave (for good) one of them, and explode the one I choose into a great success.

I have been in this “place” of indecision for several years now…

Help me to understand and see what I am not seeing so I can make the decision that will move me forward into building a satisfying, productive and successful life and career.

Thank you!

Neagle Code Answer

Hi!

Thanks so much for your question.

You can’t chase two bunnies.

In simple terms, it means that whatever you focus on will grow. What’s happening right now is that you’re splitting your focus, and consequently, neither business is growing.

In your case, I would recommend that you choose one, and focus 90% of your time and energy on building that specific business. When you have that business up, running and successful, you can then hire people to help you expand, so that you can then focus on the other business.

So in essence you’re not saying you won’t build the second business ever, you’re just saying you’re not going to build it NOW.

There is a common misconception that you can only have one desire.

It’s just simply not true.

Many successful entrepreneurs have several loves and several businesses, but they built each one at a time.

I do have to be honest with you about something though. I sense that there is a hidden fear that is causing you to be indecisive.

• Do you doubt your ability to make money in either of these businesses?

• Are you worried what people will think if you choose one over the other?

• Is there something or someone you will need to let go of if you make a decision?

Get very clear on what the underlying fear is, and then make your decision.

Because you’ve changed your mind many times, you’ll have to be extra committed to honor the decision you’ve made and see it through to success.

Your ego may even create situations to get you to change your mind. These situations are merely illusions.

Remember: Because Spirit gave you the desire; Spirit has also given you the way to step into that desire.

How do I dig myself out of the mess I created?

This week's question from my portal “The Neagle Code: Directions for Life” comes from someone who wishes to remain anonymous.

Neagle Code Question

David,

I’m a bit embarrassed to admit this, but I’ve made some bad decisions. Without going into too much detail, I’m now in a place where I have bill collectors calling. I am doing everything I can to think differently about my situation, but I’m just not seeing how I can turn this around. Any idea how I can dig my way out of the mess I created?

Neagle Code Answer

First off, don’t be embarrassed…that shame just keeps you stuck in the patterns.

Second, realize the power of the Universal Law of Choice I mentioned in a previous blog post.

The amazing thing about choice is that it also gives you the chance to change the consequences of your past poor actions or decisions.

For instance, if you go broke and bill collectors are calling, you can’t change those facts in the moment.

But you can change how you respond to those circumstances and what you choose in the future. You can renegotiate your terms and learn from your mistakes for instance.

So while it’s true that, in response to your message, bags of money won’t suddenly fall in your lap, bags of opportunity will show up in your life.

In the long run, this is far better for you, your business, and your personal and spiritual development.

So the question is:

Will you accept the opportunity?

Will you accept the manifestation of the message that you sent to Spirit?

Why your desire will show up as “opportunity”

This week's question from my portal “The Neagle Code: Directions for Life” comes from Dan B.

Neagle Code Question

David,

Admittedly, I’m a little new to Universal law, but it seems a little simplistic to me that all I have to do to get what I want is to align my head, heart and actions, as if bags of money will fall in my lap if only I can be in alignment. Is that what you are suggesting in the answer to your previous blog post?

Thanks David!

Neagle Code Answer

Hi Dan, and thanks for the question!

As I said in my previous answer, when you send a signal, whether clear or not, Spirit reciprocates that message back into your life exactly as it receives it. Clear messages manifest according to what you want; confused or mixed messages not so much.

Now, you have to understand how that message is manifested in your life. This is an area where people get really confused, and I think it answers the main question you’re asking.

Spirit can only reciprocate your message in the form of opportunity.

Why is that? Why can’t bags of money just fall into your lap?

The answer is the Law of Choice.

The great gift of the Law of Choice is that we choose everything that comes into our life. This means that no one can put anything into your life. You choose it all.

The flip side is that we are required to choose everything that comes into our life.

And opportunity gives you the imperative to do just that.

For example, if you’ve sent a clear request to Spirit for more money, and that money fell in your lap, there’s not much choice involved in gathering it up. You don’t grow as a human being or serve a broader purpose.

But if you get to talking to the person next to you in line and find out that she needs exactly what you do, your clear wish for more money has reciprocated in the form of an opportunity, in this case, a hot prospect.

You then exercise your choice by either following up and getting a new client, which improves both of your lives, or you squander the opportunity.

Make sense?

How can I set intentions that are true to what I want?

This week's question from my portal “The Neagle Code: Directions for Life” comes from Sheila S.

Neagle Code Question

David,

I seriously feel like you were speaking to me directly when you answered someone’s question about “intentions.” I set intentions ALL THE TIME, and I’m constantly let down. So now I know I must have two intentions being sent out into the universe… one that’s wounded, and one that’s an actual desire.

My question is: How the heck do I change this so that I actually can set an intention and receive what I’m intending?

Neagle Code Answer

Hi! I can tell this is a frustration for you for sure! Let me see if I can help.

Part of the problem is that when you continuously experience the disappointing results, you then compound the problem by making these results your truth or reality.

You most likely say, “Things never work out for me.” “I don’t even know why I try.” “The deck is stacked against people like me.”

If someone tries to help you, you may even fight to the death proclaiming, “But these are my results.” “This is my truth.” “This is my reality.”

By doing so, you reinforce the confusion within yourself and recommunicate the same message to Spirit.

Thus, your so-called reality becomes a vicious, perpetuating cycle.

What’s the answer?

In order to have the Law of Perpetual Transmutation work in your favor, you must align your head, heart and action (including your language) so that you send a clear signal to Spirit.

I know this is easier said than done, but still, it must be done.

Confront your habits of thought, and correct your thinking. Understand your emotions, and heal your wounds. Speak ONLY what you desire, and take actions that are in harmony with your clear mind and healthy emotions.

When you send Spirit a clear message, Spirit reciprocates that message back into your life with a matching result.

Intention. What does that really mean?

This week's question from my portal “The Neagle Code: Directions for Life” comes from someone who wishes to remain anonymous.

Neagle Code Question

Hi David,

Can you explain what intention means? I’ve heard a lot of coaches talk about intention, decision and commitment, and it seems it’s used interchangeably all the time. What’s the truth behind intention, so I can be sure and use it correctly with my own clients?

Thanks a bunch!

Neagle Code Answer

Hi! Great question!

The Laws make no exceptions for intentions like most people believe.

Now, you’re correct, intention is a big word that’s being used all over the place—largely incorrectly.

A person will say, “I did the wrong thing,” “I made a mistake,” or “I didn’t get it right, but my intention was good.”

What they’re really saying is, “My want or desire was different than what I received.”

Or someone will focus hard on a particular result, calling it their “intention,” and then are baffled when they don’t get what they want.

Here’s the bottom line: If your intention is correct or healthy, you will fall correctly within the Law of Perpetual Transmutation and get the thing that you want. Every time.

If your intention is incorrect or unhealthy, you will get a result, but it won’t be what you thought you were asking for.

This is because intention comes from the heart.

If you have a wounded heart, if you’re wounded psychologically or emotionally, you’re communicating two polar opposite, so-called “intentions” at the same time.

Let me explain…

One intention is coming from the wound that has not been healed, and the other is coming from your genuine desire.

That’s a very confused message you’re sending to Spirit.

Through the Reciprocating Law of Spirit the result will match the message.

It will be confusion, chaos, playing small, a failing or disappointing business, debt, lack, and so on.

Is the Law of More Life working in your life right now?

This week's question from my portal “The Neagle Code: Directions for Life” comes from Lisa S.

Neagle Code Question

Hi David,

In a previous blog I saw you mention The Law of More Life and how it pertains to struggle in our life. Can you explain this a little more in-depth. I think I’m finally beginning to understand, and I’d love a little more info on this Law.

Neagle Code Answer

I’d be happy to, Lisa!

The Law of More Life states that any being or anything that does not add to another’s life, or to life as a whole, is reduced to its basic form.

We see this in nature when the seasons change. During the summertime leaves are providing a vital resource to our planet by turning carbon dioxide into oxygen on a continuous basis.

When the weather starts to cool and the days shorten, the trees begin to go dormant, and that leaf can no longer perform that function; so it crumbles, dies and falls to the ground, where its decomposition becomes part of the process all over again by revitalizing the soil.

Human beings do not escape this law.

If we don’t add to the life of others, and to life itself, we’re actually taking from life, and we will be broken down as well.

This can be as natural as when an old person at the end of a good life dies in her sleep.

Well-meaning people can fall into disharmony with this law as well.

They have confusion in their life. They may have lack, debt, broken relationships.

Tenuous situations like those strike at a person’s inner core of safety and security, and without meaning harm to anyone, they can start to come from a “getting” or “taking” place.

So, rather than adding to the lives of the people around them, they start taking from those lives, and they become subject to The Law of More Life.

Hope that helps!!
